Unless otherwise requested, all our tanks are fitted with low level bolted access manways as standard. Our standard opening is 800mm diameter but non-standard sizes are available on request.

We also offer tank nozzles (tank connectors) for connection of pipework or instrumentation to the tank. Our standard nozzles are radial, 150mm long and have connecting flanges drilled to PN16.

Single flanged nozzles are used for the connection of external pipework only, where pipework has to pass though the tank wall then a double flanged nozzle is supplied.

All nozzles are manufactured specifically for each project so nozzles of different lengths and non-standard flange drillings can be supplied.

The manways and nozzles can either be pre-cut in the factory before coating or can be cut on site to suit existing pipework positions.

Our standard manways and nozzles are galvanised mild steel but stainless steel or plastic coated mild steel are also available.
